(1) If the custodian is the custodian, the custodian if the custodian is not, the assistant custodian if the custodian is not, and if not both, any employee designated by the Government of Nepal may mark the way for the convenience of the general public to travel on foot, walk domestic animals or drive a vehicle within the reserve, and the general public may use only the way so marked. (2) Without the written permission of the officer specified in sub-rule (1), no person shall be allowed to use any other road except the road designated by sub-rule (1).
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rules (1) and (2), if it is deemed appropriate to close any such road in adverse weather, it may be closed until the weather is favorable.
